Managed over 650,000 square feet of medical facilities and a non-medical business association for third party owner. Prepared annual budgets for all properties including property comparisons and asset plans within time constraints and managed budgets to a 10% savings. Approved all invoices as well as reviewed all financial reports for properties. Met with tenants and assisted with move-in procedures. Rent collections for any delinquent accounts. Reviewed all new leases as well as renewals and performed lease abstracts on all accounts.
