Piloted 6-member team and guided complex HR operations for 450 employees across multiple states. Ensured consistency and adherence to corporate standards by providing direction for recruiting and benefits programs, employee relations, compliance, and reporting. Updated/delivered recommendations to improve compensation structure and revamped performance management system to include an online evaluation process. Initiated and managed contract reviews, renewals, and changes for benefit providers.
