Brought on to Provide expert financial, procurement, and subcontractor management services and construction project management solutions. Oversaw and coordinated with program staff on project execution, work plans, budgets, technical and administrative issues. Managed training and capacity building functions including hiring of subcontractors and local experts as well as identification of supporting activities. Increased operations efficiency and capital through launching a standardization campaign and building a procurement plan and mechanism that eliminated waste and freed resources.
