As a Quality Control Manager I am the lead individual for the project, with regards to supervising all construction personnel, Implementing scenarios to maintain all construction field libraries, Inspection of all aspects of construction for the project, Primary liason for negotiations between USACE and the building contractors, Interpretation of plans and specifications, Maintaining the primary position of quality assurance for the project, Production of daily field inspection/ equipment reports
