Responsible for day-to-day IT support including data network, desktop and laptop systems, MS Windows (XP professional and 2003 server), MS Office support, and printer support. Responsible for procurement of IT hardware, software, and services including management of relationship with web hosting provider. Responsible for project management related to IT projects and supervision of a small IT staff.
