As the Congressional Advisor to the Chief of the U.S. Forest Service, I was responsible for directing the passage of legislative initiatives for the Chief, advising the Chief of current political positions on Capitol Hill and where the Chief needed to forge positive relationships in order to fulfill the agency's agenda.
