Responsible for daily operations and multiple programs of busy state-wide organization, reporting directly to Board of Directors. Lead strategic and operational planning, resource allocation, fundraising, budgets, staffing and all compliance issues. Oversee proposal writing and grant monies management. Liaison with key government, foundation, professional and educational partners and stakeholders. Direct program planning, development in collaboration with universities, medical schools, community behavioral health programs with current focus on training community behavioral health and providers on implementation of federal Affordable Care Act.
