• Reconciled and analyzed Investment transactions for fifty portfolios • Prepared, reviewed and analyzed monthly and annual financial statements and supporting regulatory filings schedules( D,E,B and others) for management team. • Prepared general ledger and investment statement reconciliations. • Prepared monthly standard journal, adjusting, pending and accrual entries • Prepared monthly cash flow statements and assisted in overseeing the daily cash activities and communicate with vendors, bankers and internal specialists. • Performed an depth analysis on mutual funds, mortgage-equity-bonds • Prepared and reviewed cash management transactions. • Prepared cost reports, trial balances, balance sheets, profit-and-loss statements, investment specific reporting statements; in compliance with statutory and management reporting requirements. • Maintained the production of monthly ad hoc reports- NT, Oracle, CAMRA, Crystal. • Classified and recorded financial transactions for investment transaction activity. • Reconciled the CAMRA data and NT data using Crystal reports. • Investigated account discrepancies and potential problems and recommended action plans for resolution • Prepared analysis and compiles supporting documentation for external audits
