Engage with staff and board members in strategic planning of the senior center; budget preparation; policy and procedure planning; and staff governance. Work with multi-disciplinary team in making decisions regarding overall operations of the senior cener. Strategic planning, budget analysis/planning. Work with other muncipality agencies, e.g., policie, fire, and recreational departments in order to uphold a safe environment for seniors in the community.
