Daily Duties at Kellogg:
Accountable for tracking nightly batch processing/transmissions using SAP and acknowledging/escalating alerts to the appropriate on-call group or vendor with HP Openview. Utilizes Maestro Tiviolo for monitoring, scheduling, or restarting production job per documentation or scheduler. Monitors full/incremental backups using Data Protector, handles Microsoft Outlook alerts, and uses Service Manager to track tickets with detailed information regarding incidents. Operates Solar Winds and HP Insight Manager for various tasks
