Daily Duties at Pinnacle Career Institute:
• Implementation of new programs for on-line campus: MA, Vet-Tech, MBC AOS, PT AOS, WT, BUS, HIT AOS, & IT. • ESM implementation. • Created “Policy & Procedure” Manuel. • Relocated 125 employees to new on-line campus. • Attended and passed 3 accreditation visits. • Developed a new training department, comprising of 25 employee trainers, constructed training binders, & was the 2009-2010 trainer for the on-line campus. • Wrote the company newsletters. • Implemented “Call Copy” and “Campus Vue”. • Management of a $1 million marketing budget. • Management responsibilities of 55 employees, comprising of 13 managers, 38 admission coordinators and 4 administrative assistants. • Proposed, devised and implemented a new “Applicant Portal” to streamline the application process. • Developed and plan implementation of the Institution’s strategic enrollment and marketing plans across the institution. • Review and assess processes established for attracting and retaining undergraduate students. • Developed programs designed to aid in the recruitment and retention of a culturally diverse and academically qualified undergraduate student population. • Hire, supervise and terminate Directors of Admissions and recommends approval for the recruitment and employment of staff in the Enrollment Management Area. • Represent Enrollment Management offices and internal administrative and policy-making Institute committees. • Led the strategic plan for aggressive growth in its non-traditional programs, especially its leading and successful online programs. • Foster a staff of admissions managers and am responsible for all elements of the successful integration and synchronization of the enrollment process, including setting the organization’s student acquisition strategies, execution, analysis of all lead-generation marketing campaigns, and achieving a high level of student matriculation and retention.
