Personally selected to oversee the operations of a one-year temporary field office engaged in the Unexploded Ordinance (UXO) cleanup of the Pinecastle Bombing Range in Orlando. Facilitated the establishment and functionality of the office by sourcing a location and negotiating a short-term lease; negotiating equipment leases on rental trucks, long-term hotel rooms, GIS equipment, and explosive storage locations; creating public relations materials; coordinating “Call Before You Dig” requirements with utility agencies; collaborating with local government to obtain updated aerial and GIS mapping information. Promoted from Project Analyst to deliver performance-focused direction on high-profile initiatives focused on public relations, project development, asset management, and operational expansion. Coordinated all phases of WWII Formerly Used Defense Site (FUDS) projects including UXO and Chemical Warfare Material (CWM). Maintained compliance with US government procurement procedures in the sourcing and contract negotiation for outside materials and services. Primary point of contact for public relations, regulatory compliance, and customer service initiatives. Composed all project documentation.
