Daily Duties at Asics:
• Liaisons between product development, production and planning team. • Followed through from salesman samples to end of production. • Attend all production meetings which included: product development, pricing, and production lead time & work in progress. • Controlled oversea and domestic productions included: fabric purchasing, bulk fabric approval, issuing purchase orders, trim approvals and production trouble shooting. • Oversee three pre-production and production employees • Handling quality assurance and worked direct with QC team at distribution center in Southaven, Mississippi • Working with traffic department for all shipments, and U.S custom, HTS code to fit into 10+2 category and NAFTA compliance for U.S direct shipments • Handled ASICS global productions for direct shipments to Japan, Brazil, UK, Europe, Canada, Mexico & United States and TSA Sports Authority customer • Factory sourcing and to meet company compliant
