Daily Duties at Cmt:
• Oversee a staff of two production coordinators and a private label EDI controller and warehouse QC and shipping staffs. • Handle multi millions Dollars account to meet customers’ compliant and standards such as Macy’s brands “ American Rag & Bar III”, Bebe, Cache, Metropark, etc. • Worked with International customers in Russia, Columbia, and Canada for direct dropped shipment from China to destination. • Liaisons between designers and technical designers to ensure products meet target price range. • Costing analysis and margin controlled. • Attended all samples fitting sessions. • Analyzed and resolved all technical issues and production trouble shooting. • Prepare monthly production report for upper management review.
