Litigated regulatory and rate cases in the areas of electric utility law, and rate and tariff increases before the D.C. and Maryland Public Service Commissions. Advised executive and management team on employer liability in personal injury cases. Coordinated and reviewed cases handled by outside counsel. Advised regulatory and accounting experts in ratemaking proceedings. Prepared expert and technical witnesses for appearance before ratemaking proceedings.
