Provided leadership, management and stewardship of a variety of cost centers and support functions including, AR, AP, Cash Application, General Ledger, PR, Accounting, Financial Systems Developed and maintained effective operational systems, policies and procedures to ensure productivity and cost containment. Oversaw capital purchasing. Lead team on cost savings opportunities. Kept leadership aware of potential issues and sought assistance to diffuse issues Articulated corporate initiatives and developed plans to support them. Brokered all appropriate Corporate resources when needed - knowlegeable about when, how and why to engage them. Planed, organized and communicated with leadership, and staff •
