Daily Duties at Medical Practice Management:

Project Management and Fiscal stewardship for all assigned projects. Drives growth - short and long ter by developing new programs designed to attract new physicians and patients to community hospitals. Develop and Manage project budgetsof $5+ million and report monthly on progress and variances. Collaborated closely with all levels of management throughout the organization to define and originate process and system Improvement projects. Functions as the point of contact for Partnership. Employee orientation, training and development. Maintains ownership of situations when Corporate resources are engaged to ensure satisfactory resolution
