Daily Duties at The Renfrew Center:
Provides leadership and supervision for all operating executives, administrators, directors and subordinates, and ensures compliance with all ethical practices and Renfrew’s policies and procedures. The ongoing management and market growth for all service components of The Renfrew Center. Managed 5 Direct Reports and 100 indirect reports Developed operational metrics and monitored each sites performance on a monthly scorecard of services. Developed and monitored budgets in excess of $35 million. Manages financial performance of assigned centers. Third party reimbursement. Managed care contracting. Product development Supported acquisition due diligence efforts for new center opportunities. Maintain and enhance relationships with insurance companies, referral sources D&A facilities and other eating disorder programs. Collaboratively assesses crisis situations and leverages resources in resolution. Develops and communicates plan of action. Debriefs with all involved parties upon resolution to determine root cause. Implements plans to mitigate root causes in future using AmSurg resources. Human resource management Annual performance evaluations Recruiting and Staffing. Performance Management and improvement systems. Compensation and Benefits administration. Influenced adoption of new strategic initiatives. Developed and mentored Site Directors - provided guidance and training
