Daily Duties at Hewlett Packard Co.:
Develop, manage, and deploy North American Field Operations(NAFO), Electronic Channel Interface infrastructure. Support development of other e-Business solutions for Business and Technology Systems(BTS) section Manage SupportId and Support Connect, and HP CHIP for NAFO. Mentor HP engineers and manage contractors. Provide architecture leadership for BTS e-Business section. Responsible for Operational support and capacity planning for emerging e-Business infrastructure (web servers, data base servers, corporate pricing ETL)
