Real Estate and Operations Manager for state of Indiana. At time of employment, only individual in company that held both positions in an individual office. Each other office had two people for these positions. -Real Estate Manager - Managed real estate portfolio that contained approximately 150 individual lease holders with an estimated value of $8,000,000. Responsibilities included negotiating land lease contracts with new real estate owners, existing real estate owners, revenue valuations of new billboard locations, valuations of acquisition oppportunities,working with municipalities and department of transportation on permitting of new and existing billboard locations, presenting to municipal variance boards for permission of installation of new billboard locations. -Operations Manager - Completed work as operations manager for day to day operations and managed physical inventory for state of Indiana that included 675 advertising faces. Responsibilities included managing five subcontracting companies and distributing work that included the installation of sign structures, advertisements, electrical and structural repair, tree cutting, landscaping
