Sincle point of contact for 2 large oil & energy companies in Houston, TX for all of their global needs. Developed and maintained all documentation for handling incidents, change contraol and local working instructions for all of the teams that supported my customer. Worked to 2 service managers, in the U.K. and Hong Kong that supported my customers.
