Daily Duties at British Telecom Of America:
Made sure that all incident tickets were closed correctly and did not exceed Service Level. If so, then I would have to perform a Root Cause Anaylsis as to why and what we were going to do to prevent this from happening again. Answered any emails from my customers or internal teams. Kept account teams for my 5 assigned customers up to date on any information they may need. Made sure that we delivered what was ordered to the customer along with making sure the inventory and billing had been updated. Worked with all vendors to make sure that they were living up to their Service Level agreements on the contract.
