Daily Duties at Hewlett Packard Co.:
Responsible for planning and managing programs, projects and tools to meet service delivery, quality and cost goals. Specific areas of focus include: - Contribute to the technical team of professionals from Technical Server Group - TSS, Commercial Product Marketing, Services Marketing, and IT Customer Support to drive all pertinent issues related to the managed program, project, and e-Business life cycle. - Review program and customer technical requirements for Foundation Service portals. - Contribute to Next Generation Data Center (NGDC) program milestones. - Coordinate NGDC migration activities by preparing meeting agendas, coordinating meetings, writing meeting minutes, tracking action item, preparing presentations, conducting reviews, and issue escalation. - Provide communications and reporting regarding status of Managed Services portal program progress. - Analyze problems and recommend solutions involving multiple elements of program planning. - Analyze problems, issues and recommend solutions involving service support elements of program planning.
