Daily Duties at Cognis Now Basf:
To manage the day-to-day operations of the plant. To build productive teams that perform at optimum levels. Direct oversight and management of a 10 million dollar annual production site. Daily report of production and operations. Sign on, off and verify work performed by maintenance. Ensure the schedule is executed properly by operators and staff. Work with lab personnel, scheduling, and dispatch to ensure timely results are issued, shipments and receipts are scheduled properly and there are no delays in shipments or receipts. Ensure that there are no issues that will impact customer orders of vendors receipts. Documentation and follow up of all incidents, injuries or environmental compliances. Responsible for analyzing production, compiling performance data, and streamlining processes to optimize output.
