Daily Duties at Capella Intelligent Subsystems:
• Prepare the monthly Board Meeting financial metrics; provided financial updates to Board Members/investors and potential venture capital companies. • Lead the continued design and improvement of financial reporting model that enables the quick response to various scenario analysis and formulate strategies to be used in the long-term financial plans • Manage annual budget and monthly forecast; Provided quarterly and monthly variance analysis; Reviewed and evaluated cost reduction opportunities • Manage and track $10m of Engineering and R&D capital expenditure to ensure in time capacity ramp up and efficient use of capital • Monitor bookings, backlog and shipments of all products • Monitor cash flow and predicted future financial trends • Track and analyze the performance of competitors and analyze the marketing trends • Work closely with attorney in maintaining the Cap-table of the issuance of various securities and employee’ stock option • Support in looking for new sources to finance the firm’s debt facilities
