Daily Duties at Inteplast:
- Ensure linear low density polyethylene based stretch film production of 1.8 million pounds per month - Subject matter expert in polyethylene, polypropylene, elastomer and metallocene extrusion process to produce hand and machine grade stretch film - Coordinate with scheduling, quality control, marketing and operations in order to ensure optimum product quality and high customer satisfaction - Developed new and improved standard operating procedures for the manufacturing process - Evaluate and analyze production line performance in terms of yield, uptime, downtime, machine efficiency and machine output - Author and organize training programs - Developed trial procedures and generated post-trial documentation
