Daily Duties at Inteplast:
- Oversee the quality department of 10 million pounds per month production stretch film facility - Maintain constant customer complaints ratio of 0.1% per month - Manage laboratory facility and eight technicians - Supervise daily product testing - Coordinate and implement quality improvement with production personnel - Investigate quality complaints and coordinate solutions - Responsible for technical training sessions - Participate in new product development and product performance evaluations - Initiate, generate, maintain, and audit ISO 9001:2008 compliance - Work to utilize Six Sigma methodology and received Lean Six Sigma training.
