Daily Duties at Luxury Optical Holdings:

Managed a district of 14 locations totaling $19M in annual sales. Opened 2 new locations and remodeled 2 locations where I managed all aspects of the General Contractor(s) in the construction process through final walk through/punch list. District/store operations, sales planning and results, human resources, and performance accountability, annual evaluations, merchandising, product assortment, facilities management, and special events. Consistently recruited in this challenging market to ensure we had the most qualified and personable personnel that were sales effective. This was achieved through thorough traininig of Store Mangers via one on one physical recruiting and networking in their centers. Would regularly partner with human resources manager on HR issues that warranted their involvement, department/field opportunities. Also partnered with upper management and promotional department regarding field issues and identfied sales opportunities.
