Daily Duties at Retro Specs & Co.:

Recruited industry leading personnel to open this brand new location, (really, RetroSpecs' first retail location outside of their HQ showroom). As part of this new store process, I was on site to manage the General Contractor and ensure each of the subcontractor's were compliant as to the Company's specifications and addressed/prevented any issues as they arose. Examples of this would include the idtentifying of improperly installed hardwood floor planks, video cameras and wiring, and defective glass entry doors, and uneven Venetian plaster - by calling these items out to the GC, they were able to correct the problems in a timely manner allowing the store to open on schedule versus waiting until the final walk through that I handled as well. Store operations, sales, recruitment and training/accountability of entire staff, all HR, Loss Prevention, and P/L responsibilities, creating clientele, customer service, facilities management, promotions/events...when coupled together on a daily basis allows us to achieve organizational objectives.
