Daily Duties at Presbyterian University Hospital:
Managed students and the cytology school with the help of the cytology secretary and cytology techs. I did QC work for the techs and the student. I instructed, scheduled and testes students. Lab work was rotated and students were paired with techs until they were comfortable working alone. I reviewed cytology and histology correlations and reviewed results with the techs and the students as well as the pathologist.
