Manage support group for e-mail and remote access. Plan, initiate, execute and close all project deliverables; author and maintain project plans; track project timelines and costs against budgets in excess of $750K; prepare, publish and communicate project status. Participate in negotiation with outside vendors; monitor and track contract changes. Coordinate the preparation of proposals, business plans and statements-of-work. Develop and implement system change control policies and procedures. Manage Microsoft Exchange 2000 clustered e-mail server environment.
