Daily Duties at Verizon Business/Mci Enterprise Hosting:
Manage all aspects of client relationship for select group of Fortune 1000 companies. Conduct client status meetings to review outstanding issues and maintain open items lists. Coordinate work with virtual teams in technical operations, sales, and finance to deliver solutions. Gather, track, and analyze metrics to measure virtual team performance. Prepare quarterly status and activity reports for clients and work with clients to effectively leverage existing/emerging technology to meet business requirements.
