• Assignment management for clients NCR, Westinghouse, Heinz and Del Monte; supervised 5 staff in administration of the 4 clients. • Leadership role in transition of the GMS practice from PwC to WRRI • Instructor for both in-house cost projections courses as well as Accounting for Intl Assignments at annual client conference. • Responsible for the global relationship aspect (both tax compliance and HR outsourcing) of the Syngenta International Assignment engagement (250 active assignees in 46 different countries); encompassed approximately $2.5 million of worldwide revenue and in Basel was comprised of 2 other members on the Global relationship Team, 3 members on the Swiss Tax Compliance Team, and 5 members of the HR Outsourcing team. • Course Manager for the IAS Level 2 course in the Eurofirm (training for staff at the two- to five-year experience levels); Member of team developing & instructing the Level 5 case study session. • Lead Senior Manager on Novartis international assignment engagement - led the transition to the new service provider. • Tax Team Leader supervising 14 staff; responsible for production of team multi-million revenue; Florham Park office Technology Champion; bringing project ideas to current and prospective clients; mentoring managers on team; significant involvement in the recruiting and training of staff; conducting Tax Workshops for clients.
