Daily Duties at Measuring Success, Llc:
Ensured optimal performance of day-to-day office operations, including providing human resources, monitoring employee billables and non-billable hours, and streamlining processes. Manage all areas of payroll, operations, A/P, A/R, billing, client management, and scheduling. Facilitate on-boarding of new hires by conducting orientation. Define and institute disaster recovery programs. Serve as primary steward of calendars in support of Principal of the firm.
