Directed all facets of daily operations including IT, A/P, A/R, Facilities and Human Resources. Created and implemented on-boarding and separation processes that increased productivity and adherence to standards and practices in less time. Evaluated and re-negotiated facilities leases through-out the U.S. Acquired and rolled out new hardware and software to employees. Facilitated and organized board meetings and worked closely with team members to organize and host conferences for our U.S. members and staff. Provided stewardship for all grants including pre and post award and provided project management for the grant process. Responsible for all facets of board support including but not limited to scheduling meetings, approving expenses, taking minutes, compiling and presenting materials. Database management of all donors, grants and members. Provided technical support for staff and members. Coordinated logistics for annual meetings including arranging for speakers and trainings.
