Daily Duties at The Fenton Group, Llc:
I am responsible for the financial feasibility of the project (Financial Modeling and Market Analysis). I assisted with the negotiation of contracts between potential JV Partners, Limited Partners, and other parties within the development team. Produced and presented investor memororandum. Consulted and educated potential LP investors on cashflow and 'waterfall' return structure. I am also responsible for securing financing for the $35 MM project which includes federal tax credits.
