Daily Duties at First Continental Mortgage:
Analyze personal & confidential documentation to determine creditworthiness of perspective borrower(s) to obtain purchase money, refinance, HELOC & construction to permanent mortgage loan approval on real property. Experienced with Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, TexVet, and USDA loan products. Fluent both resale and builder new home purchases.
