Business Teacher Touch System Data Entry -7th and 8th grade- taught keyboarding applications with Microsoft Office Software:Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Movie Maker; Daily hands-on activities, vocabulary, and interactive lessons such as team building exercises which promote higher-order thinking; typing skills for accuracy and speed, business letters, PowerPoint presentations, Microsoft Access-database including tables, queries and reports Operating System- Windows XP Business Information Management I – 9th grade taught Computer skills: Microsoft Office Software – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access –Apple Software: iMovie, Keynote, iPages, PhotoBooth, Numbers, iWeb, iTunes, Internet browsers using Safari and Firefox Diversified Career Preparation -12th grade Students learn real-world life skills by working at various jobs coupled with class curriculum. I consulted employers to ensure students were successful at their jobs.
