Daily Duties at Black Gold Golf Club :
works closely with a team of 15-20 to coordinate and execute well managed events, from weddings to birthday parties, to magazine launch parties, we've done it all. Up to 200 guests with costs of up to $40K - Participates in monthly inventory food and beverage & china inventory - Participate in weekly BEO (banquet event order) meetings to prepare for the weeks events and plan staff task sheets.Assist with staff scheduling. Update event flyers with new material for table tents or special event marketing. Create flyers/menus for upcoming events. Create order lists for new china and other banquet items. Organize and order staff uniforms.
