Daily Duties at Us Navy / Naval Reserve Center Los Angeles:
Oversaw the annual facility operational and training budget of over $2M. Facility Manager of 4 buildings totaling 125K square feet worth more than $27M and 23 acres. Oversaw and hosted two tenant commands: 270 Marine Corps Reservists and 10 Navy Recruiters. Provided direct administrative, medical, financial, and training support to over 1000 Navy Reservists belonging to 27 Reserve Units and active duty commands. Directed work, established and reviewed performance standards, identified training needs, effects disciplinary action and performs other supervisory duties for 26 enlisted staff members and three officers.
