Cultivating and nurturing relationships with customers inform them on product specifications, including features, advantages, and benefits. Directing, training, motivating, and developing 20+ sales representatives in multi-state territories to improve productivity, as well as leading sales meetings to discuss strategies to meet targeted revenue objectives. Leading 1-3 week classroom training programs covering basic to advanced lending concepts, along with governmental regulatory information, to new Account Executives. Reviewing P&L, setting goals, and forecasting sales performance Attended multiple trade shows as exhibitor.
