Daily Duties at Education Training:
Admin support to the President of Pima County Community College, re-route incoming call to appropriate departmental staff and/or departments. Travel arrangments, expense reports, coordinate off-site Countyy & University affiliation of the presidents role schedule. Schedule and coordinate staff evaluation documentation for Senior Staff. Tracked and prepare all documentation for President Retirement. Process final payments and awards prior to retirement date.
