Daily Duties at Ameriform Inc.:
Designed thermoformed products for the market in both personal watercraft and portable restroom industries within a team from conception to launch. Utilized design skills such as hand sketching, 3D modeling in SolidWorks to include assemblies, renderings, dimensional drawings, exploded views and bill of materials. Requested prototype production quotes and was responsible for inspecting quality of pre-production samples to insure design intent. Implemented design changes to prototype concepts and revised part files to reflect changes. Conducted research of competitors’ offerings and presented analysis for review. Created all or part of user manuals for end consumer use.
