Daily Duties at The Phoenix Schools:
Opened new center; The Broadstone Campus, Folsom, Ca. and filled it to capacity within the first Six months. Capacity 220 Lead a team of 40 staff members including recruitment, mentoring, coaching, training and evaluating Maintained a low 17% turnover rate Facilitated monthly staff meetings and quarterly company trainings Managed the facility including budgeting, and maintenance Followed and supported California State Licensing; Title 22 Supported 220 families enrolled; including Parents Skills, Marketing and Customer Service Planned monthly activity calendar for families Responsible for all supplies and equipment (ordering & distribution) Ensured that the curriculum presented was in accordance to the standards of the company – Including designing & implementation Utilized computer and met the needs of the center from billing using Pro Care to designing marketing, recruiting flyers, newsletters and training staff on the uses of a computer Trained staff in Zoo Phonics, Math Their Way and Positive Discipline Presented graduations and large holiday productions to families
