Daily Duties at Bright Horizons Family Solutions:

Recruit for Teachers, Directors and Assistant Directors for 17 child care centers Foster and maintain relationships with Directors and Regional Managers within the centers Develop relationships with high schools, colleges and community agencies to form partnerships and keep flow of candidates coming to Bright Horizons Child Care Centers Maintain a monthly budget Find new avenues for creative recruiting Train and help retain staff at the center level Present at regional employee orientation meetings Present trainings regarding team building and customer service to the leadership team and succession planning group Attend national and state affiliate group conferences including NAEYC, CAEYC, AAEYC Ensure quality recruiting at centers to maintain the status of the “Top 100 Company to work for” by FORTUNE magazine Maintain confidential files and center and home office Secure placement and present at job fairs Place ads with colleges, Monster.com, Craigslist, newspapers and various other publications and websites ongoing and update regularly Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming technologies for the recruiting and related field and sharing it with colleagues Facilitate Recruitment Advisory board meetings that brand company awareness to community and colleagues
