Daily Duties at Living Tree, Inc. D.B.A. Serenity Care Homes:

• Administers fiscal operations, such as planning budgets, authorizing expenditures and coordinating financial reporting. • Consults with medical, business, and community groups to discuss service problems, coordinate activities and plans, and promote health programs. • Develops and maintains computerized records management system to store or process personnel, activity, or personnel data. • Develops instructional materials and conducts in-service and community-based educational programs. • Develops organizational policies and procedures and establishes evaluative or operational criteria for facility or medical unit. • Directs and coordinates activities of medical, nursing, technical, clerical, service, and maintenance personnel of health care facility. • Establishes work schedules and assignments for staff, according to workload, space and equipment availability. • Implements and administers programs and services for health care facility. • Inspects facilities for emergency readiness and compliance of access, safety, and sanitation regulations and recommends building or equipment modifications. • Prepares activity reports to inform management of the status and implementation plans of programs, services, and quality initiatives. • Recruits, hires, and evaluates the performance of all staff and auxiliary personnel. • Reviews and analyzes facility activities and data to aid planning and risk management and to improve service utilization and coordinate the staff schedule for all caregivers and non-medical staff. • Prepare all state documentation. • Acting as liaison between staff and residents and family members. • Attending all Administrator classes and receiving required certifications. • Creating and maintaining all marketing campaigns for the facility. • Coordinating and organizing all volunteer efforts.
