Daily Duties at Ricoh Logistics:

Re-structured the whole import department creating a better control for the ocean imports (6,000 FEUs) and air traffic being imported by Ricoh Corp. HQ and non-Ricoh customers from Japan, S. Korea, HKG, China, Taiwan, France and UK into USA. Established the Export Management and Compliance Program (EMCP), providing the structure for the processing of export transactions providing compliance safeguards throughout a company's supply chain to ensure order processing in compliance with BIS/EAR/NAFTA/AMS/AES/ECCN and Schedule B, USCBP, USCG, IMDG, DOT, USDA and USFDA including Hazardous Material classification for Ricoh and no-Ricoh customers. Negotiate rates and nominate carriers for ocean/air/land and other main vendors. Administration of P&L related with the import /export and domestic freight transactions.
