Create strategic logistics direction to pursue ideal SCM operations for all divisions of the company to lower import/export cost. Manage all vendors (ocean carriers, freight forwarders and brokers) to develop, propose and implement new routings between point-to-point to ensure that all freight move in the most effective, efficient and economical way. Established the Export Management and Compliance Program (EMCP), providing management the structure and organization for the processing of export transactions by provide compliance safeguards throughout company's supply chain to ensure order processing and due diligence checks to produce consistent export decisions in compliance with BIS/EAR/NAFTA/AMS/AES/ECCN and Schedule B. Implemented SCM logistics projects for the sales companies and factories. Create SOP for each project at the time of the execution of the projects. Ensure the development of a cooperative, supportive and committed work culture within the team and all business units involved. Managed and trained the outsourced customer service group to coordinate any problems and routing issues with all vendors. Developed and ensured that all update status reports were issued on a daily bases through automation of the reports based on milestones management and the SCM data. Provided operational solutions to reduce costs, lead-time and increase efficiencies of the company operations for inbound optimization and outbound logistics operations for the sales companies and factories Negotiated freight and nominated carriers and forwarders for air and ocean freight (44,000TEUs) within the established SCM projections and based on the created KPI. Created and review monthly KPI with all carriers, brokers and forwarders. Resolve all issues related to import and export inclusive but not limited to NII, VACIS, AMS, ISF10, ISF5, IT, IEs, T&E, USCBP, re-routings and freight payments
