Daily Duties at Hibbett Sporting Goods, Inc:
Manage 12 subordinate supervisors who supervise a total of 6 to 12 store employees. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, evaluation, and communication with this group of stores. Ensure that total store operations are run efficiently and that the company's policies and procedures are followed. Also, responsible for recruiting, training, and evaluating future management personnel. Communicate with upper management on a timely basis, updating and informing the Regional Vice President on sales, personnel, and specific store operations. Also, assists the Regional Vice President in the establishment of the company's policies, goals, and procedures.
