Direct construction activities for commercial, and city/town projects with successful margins and recordable savings to clients. Implemented cost control reports for Superintendents increasing productivity. Estimate erosion control, utility, earthwork and associations for civil construction projects including contract modifications from start to finish. Responsible for cost tracking and controls, cost-to-complete analysis, revenue forecasts, progress billing, collections and project closeout. Hired, scheduled and supervised subcontractors: Enforced company policies, procedures and company safety policy. Establish awesome relationships with engineers, building and local officials reducing RFI, Submittal/Transmittal turnaround dramatically improving projects critical path. Act as Superintendent and PM on smaller jobs (<250K)
